Vosco fund plans to buy 2 million shares
At its 22nd session, on 01/3/2011, the Board of JSC Vietnam Sea Transport agreed undertakings to purchase 2,000,000 shares (two million shares) of the Company to fund shares. Board also agreed delivery time selected for the Executive Committee made after the approval of the State Securities Commission and the Securities Exchange TP. Ho Chi Minh City.
